These materials were developed by Catalyst to help Tyson sell its Russer line of deli meats and cheeses in to the retail channel. Content was developed to demonstrate to the retailer the sales lift and volume this roast beef product could create due to Russer's brand positioning.

Tyson Foods came to Catalyst for our expertise in taking the Russer brand position to the market. To ensure consumers understood that the Russer brand of meats and cheeses meant Authentic New York Deli Taste, everything about Russer had to communicate this idea. Using the research as our guide, Catalyst developed the Russer brand visuals, used in Russer brand brochures, retailer hot sheets, selling guides, point of purchase displays, trade show graphics, and a micro-site, www.nydelitaste.com.

The largest Tyson deli promotion to date, including a sweepstakes, instant win prizes, a celebrity spokesperson, a custom game, email blasts, online and in-store coupons, and in-store merchandising.

Catalyst developed this festival-style logo for the Shindigz National Soccer Festival, a two-weekend music, food, and soccer event scheduled for August. The logo was used on all integrated marketing materials for the event, including a microsite, posters, handouts, and even an event t-shirt.

The largest credit union in Ohio, Wright-Patt Credit Union was seeking to increase their market share in mortgage lending. Catalyst developed a complete integrated campaign including both traditional media as well as dedicated mortgage microsite, all in keeping with the WPCU brand position and image. Since the launch of this campaign, WPCU has seen a huge increase in online applications.

Catalyst worked with DreamWorks Animation and Tyson to develop this promotion timed for the release of the film Monsters vs. Aliens on DVD. The promotion included in-store point of sale materials, money saving coupons, and a sweepstakes with a grand prize trip.

One of the most successful promotions in Tyson Deli history, this campaign was used in nearly 8,000 retail grocery stores nationwide. The promotion included a co-promo parther, Lipton, in-store POS, a microsite, sweepstakes, and instant-win prizes.

This brochure was awarded Best In Show Print at the 2008 Addy Awards. It features custom photography throughout, as well as unique embossing on the cover.

Catalyst worked with Tyson and Anheuser-Busch to develop this promotion to coincide with March basketball tournament time. Depending on state laws, the POS featured coupons on Tyson product and beer. Catalyst developed a unique three-dimensional "shatter" cling for retailers to affix to their deli cases to attract shopper attention.

After an extensive brand discovery led by Catalyst, Fort Financial Credit Union uncovered their brand distinction, expressed in the tagline "Unbank your life." This brochure introduces their brand positioning to their members and prospective members, and outlines all the features, benefits, and programs offered by Fort Financial.

Maple Leaf Farms is the nation's largest producer of duck for restaurants and retail. Catalyst developed a complete consumer advertising and media strategy for Maple Leaf and placed all media. Campaigns consisted of heavy-up target market campaigns including billboard, radio, and local food tasting events, combined with a broad national overlay in consumer print publications.

This self-promotion piece was a National Gold Addy Award Winner. The prospective client was a national WWII museum, so Catalyst developed the introductory kit to demonstrate a knowledge of the subject matter, as well as our creative prowess.

Based on consumer insights and research, Tyson deli developed a line of gourmet wrap sandwiches to sell into retail. Catalyst developed custom packaging that is distributed with the product to retail delis. To launch the product, a full merchandising materials program was developed, including counter cards, clings, wobblers, and posters.

The Fort Wayne Center for Learning is a unique learning center that provides assistance in reading, spelling, writing, math, comprehension, academic independence management and specific subject instruction for children in Northeast Indiana. Catalyst assisted FWCL in the creation of a "friendraiser" beer-tasting event in Fort Wayne. The invitation, tickets, and program were designed to reflect Fort Wayne's brewery heritage. FWCL reports that "Through the Beers" was the most successful fundraiser in the Center's history.

Sporting events such as the March college basketball tournament are key selling periods for Tyson Deli. Catalyst developed this promotion that included a carry-out bucket for wings. Over 8,000 retailers participated in the promotion, and one retailer sold out of 50,000 buckets in days and had to reorder. During the promotion there was a significant lift in sales over the previous year.

When Alcoa launched a line of shrink labels, Catalyst developed this attention-getting ad for print in packaging trade publications. The clever headline as well as the eye-popping graphics stood out against others in the packaging industry.

Zimmer developed a unique patch for treatment of rotator cuff injuries, and asked Catalyst to develop sales materials to take the product to market. Knowing that surgeons have very limited time, sales people needed a way to demonstrate the product features and benefits in a short stand-up meeting with limited space such as in a treatment room. Catalyst designed a portable kit that included this feature/benefit brochure, product samples, and all the tools necessary for a quick demonstration.

This was the first Tyson Deli promotion to feature multiple promotion partners, including King's Hawaiian bread and Hidden Valley products. The merchandising featured a coupon and recipe booklet, with two new recipes for slider-style sandwiches using Tyson boneless wings and King's Hawaiian rolls. Tourney Time Favorites was promoted in 7,500 stores nationwide.

This promotion featured high-impact in-store merchandising, along with a coupon, and a sweepstakes with exciting grand prizes and the opportunity to win prizes instantly by logging on to the promotion microsite. Over 5,500 consumers registered, and entered over 100,000 times.

US Biopsy developed a unique new medical tool for use in liver biopsies, and planned to introduce it to the field at a medical device trade show. Catalyst developed a new logo, as well as these booth graphics designed for maximum stopping power. The client reported that the oversized nature graphic broke through the clutter and captured attention and booth visits.

Tyson partnered with DreamWorks Animation to promote the DVD release of Kung Fu Panda alongside kid-friendly popcorn chicken. In addition to counter cards, posters, and tear pads, this promotion also featured an innovative, microwaveable packaging solution.

In order to turn a "cold call" into a "warm call" Catalyst utilizes fun items such as this lunch box to deliver a relevant message in a memorable way.

Sunstar, a global leader in the mouth and body care industries, developed the GUIDOR® Matrix Barrier to support their mission of oral rehabilitation through regeneration. The product is a bioresorbable barrier used in the periodontal and oral surgery fields. Catalyst developed this brochure to introduce GUIDOR to oral surgeons, periodontists, and dentists who perform guided tissue regeneration and guided bone regeneration procedures.

This series of trade ads was designed to introduce the DuraTouch line of dispensers to the health and beauty industry. The ads focus on the beauty and durability of the lotion/shampoo pumps, fine mist sprayers, treatment pumps, and airless packaging systems.

Uncle Eddie's, a small business started by a Fort Wayne native, came to Catalyst for assistance in launching Buffalo Claws, a unique wing/shrimp appetizer, to the local market. Catalyst developed a series of quirky, fun point of sale materials playing on the unique nature of the shrimp-stuffed-wing. The company corporate image group, featuring the portrait of the company's namesake, was also designed by Catalyst.

Catalyst developed the theme and materials including a poster, banners, and microsite, to announce the first-ever non-baseball sporting event to be held at Parkview Field in Fort Wayne. One primary objective was to appeal to area residents who were not necessarily soccer fans to come out to the game. An elegant, but cost effective direct mail postcard inviting recipients to attend an entertaining evening in support of The League for the Blind & Disabled, Inc., a Center for Independent Living serving people with disabilities throughout Northeast Indiana.

A complete kit used by Tyson sales personnel to sell a new rotisserie product in to retail delis nationwide. The elements in the kit included samples of point-of-sale materials and packaging, along with internal communication to equip the sales person with key facts that could help convince retailers to carry the product. Tyson reported great success and interest in the product as a result of this kit.

LH Industries, manufacturer of progressive stamping dies and industrial control systems, and precision stamped products, looked to Catalyst to develop a brochure to communicate their core competencies to their target markets. The look is clean and graphic, while focusing on the intricate, innovative product itself.
